about

“POP 1967”, the new album from andrew. A self produced journey reminiscent of late 2000’s, early 2010’s classic blog era rap. You could’ve found this on DatPiff downloaded by every high school student on the east coast. andrew has a unique perspective and has truly found his voice with this album. A Philly independent rap mainstay, he’s an everyman, blue collar, MC’s MC. A man you’d gladly share a beer with, just like how you want your politicians. andrew’s been shaking weirdo’s hands and kissing ugly babies for possibly his whole adult life. A charismatic and infectious personality with an honest outlook on life and all its ups and downs. This is a personal listen, one where if you didn’t know him, you’ll sure feel like you did afterwards. An inviting sound can be rare in hip hop, but that’s what this is, inviting and relatable.
